We raise several breeds of Heritage Pork. Heritage Breeds refer to the breeds with bloodlines that have been preserved for Hundreds of years. These breeds thrive on forage and pasture, the result is a dramatically different flavor and quality that is evident from the first bite.
Pork chops are 7/8 inch thick and come 2 per package. Each package is 1 lb and over. Chops are approx 8 oz each.
