Mint Simple Syrup

Grown locally in our gardens, free of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Mint is steeped in filtered water for 24 hrs, then strained and boiled with raw cane sugar to the perfect sticky sweetness.   Makes an excellent Mojito but is also delicious on oatmeal and yogurt. 

Mint has been shown to treat brain fog, boost immunity and improve respiratory issues (among many other benefits). 

Mint, Rosemary and Coffee syrups are our staple syrups, we have them year-round.
